How do we entice existing and potential clients in start-ups through a financial guide — and insert Soldo in the conversation at the same time?
Part of my role at Soldo involved thinking up ways to grow a community around us and get the word out about our brand —and our podcast, The CFO Playbook.
By getting experienced business leaders involved in the guide, we ensured more people shared it. So first, we'd need to build a dedicated web page with a form to ask people direct questions about them.
To get people to help us write the guide, the web page had to: be clear about the rewards (their story shared, a Sonos Beam), appeal to their good sense, and make them front and centre.
I worked with designers to create supporting online and social media ads, to launch before and after the ebook was done. Designers followed Soldo brand guidelines in all collateral.
